Memorial & honorarium gifts
Remember someone special with a memorial or honorarium to St. John — a thoughtful way to mark a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or to honor the memory of a deceased friend or relative. Indicate to whom we should send a personal acknowledgment letter informing them of your gift; the amount is never mentioned.
Possible designations: Church Endowment, School Endowment, School Scholarship Fund, School Technology Fund, Emergency Fund. Other designations require approval by the church council.
Matching gifts
Many employers match charitable contributions from their employees. If yours does, provide an employee matching gift form with your donation to multiply your support for St. John.
Planned gifts
Leave a legacy by naming St. John in your will, estate plan, or a life-income agreement such as a charitable remainder trust or life-insurance policy. Should you remember St. John in your estate, the correct legal name of the organization is St. John Lutheran Church.
